Food services
Food services are open daily from Victoria Day long weekend to Labour Day long weekend. Limited options are available in our spring and fall season.
The Beavertail’s pastry concession is open on evenings and weekends all winter long. Gluten free and vegan food options are available.
Parking
Parking is free and available for guest in front of the Storybook Gardens castle. Overflow parking is available in Springbank Park.
Nursing station/calming room
Storybook Gardens provides a nursing station/calming room at the center of the park near our Storybook stage for the convenience of families. Accessible during spring/summer and fall operations.
Accessibility
Accessibility amenities are available to guests at the Storybook castle, including wheelchairs, mobility scooters and skating sledges. One water wheelchair is available for use at the splash pad.
Reservations are encouraged. There are no additional fees to access these amenities. If guests need to leave the park and re-enter, proof of entrance is required to regain access. Please keep a copy of your receipt to show at the entrance.
Treasure chest gift shop
The treasure chest gift shop is open during park hours and includes sundry items you might forget as well as special souvenir items.
