Neighbourhood park celebrations are back this summer!
Join us at a park near you to learn about exciting upgrades made through the Neighbourhood Parks Improvement Fund. From new play equipment and improved courts to added shade, accessible seating and more, neighbourhood parks throughout the city are getting even better.
The Neighbourhood Parks Improvement Fund supports improvements to neighbourhood parks across London. Through the City’s 2024–2027 budget, $4 million was approved to support projects that make local parks more welcoming, accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
Once park improvements are completed, the City of London works with neighbourhood leaders and community organizations to host free park celebration events. These fun, family-friendly events invite you to explore new park features, enjoy free activities and experience everything local parks have to offer.
