Important Reminder: The City of London 2026 final tax bill June installment is due this month.
The final tax bill was sent out to property owners by mail in early June 2026, with the first installment due on Tuesday, June 30, 2026.

The City maintains five off-leash parks in London. All off-leash areas are equipped with signs or are fenced off. Four off-leash areas have a fenced off area for smaller dogs. These facilities are open year-round, from 6 a.m. until 10 p.m. (or dusk). Every user is responsible to clean up after their pet.

| Campbell Memorial Park Dog Off-Leash Area | Campbell Memorial Park | Located in Campbell Memorial Park at 380 Dundas Street East, this off-leash area can be accessed by foot from Dundas Street. It is completely fenced with chain-link fence, has a secure double gate entrance, a garbage container at the park entrance and is completely covered in woodchips. |
| Caesars Off-Leash Area | 941 Commissioners Road East | The dog area can be accessed from Commissioners Road while travelling east from Adelaide Street. This off-leash area is completely fenced with a large and a small dog area. Site amenities include parking, double-gated entrances, a garbage container and accessible benches.
The dog area is dedicated to Police Service Dog Caesar who, on February 14, 1974, with his handler Constable Robert Merrimen Sr., responded to a violent domestic dispute at a hotel. Caesar was tragically shot and killed in the line of duty while attempting to apprehend the armed and dangerous suspect and trying to protect his handler and fellow officers. |
| Greenway Off-Leash Area | Greenway Park | This off-leash area can be accessed from Greenside Avenue off of Springbank Drive. Greenside Avenue makes a bend to the left, towards the Greenway Pollution Control Plant (PCP). Make a right before the PCP, carefully follow the driveway along the river and the off-leash area will be on your left just after the PCP. This off-leash area is completely fenced and offers an open area and trails through a naturalized area. There is also an area for small dogs, with a separate entrance and parking lot. Site amenities include parking, double-gated entrances, garbage containers, benches, rules sign, bulletin board and a portable toilet. |
| Pottersburg-FIDO Off-Leash Dog Area | Pottersburg Park | Pottersburg-FIDO off-leash dog area, London’s largest off-leash area, can be accessed from Hamilton Road at Gore Road. This off-leash area has a fenced off area and an open section delineated by boundary signs, which both have trails. There is also a separate area for small dogs. Site amenities include parking, double-gated entrances, garbage container, picnic tables and benches, rules sign, bulletin board, and portable toilet. Please be considerate of other park users and wildlife and leash your dog outside of the designated area. |
| Stoney Creek Off-Leash Area | Stoney Creek Meadow | London’s second largest off-leash area is located within Stoney Creek Meadows, on Adelaide Street North at Windermere Road. Surrounded by trees and meadows, this off-leash area is completely fenced and offers an open area and trails. There is also an area for small dogs, with a separate entrance from the parking lot. Site amenities include parking, double-gated entrances, garbage containers, benches, rules sign, bulletin board and a portable toilet. |
