When a player fails to show up for a tee time, this negatively impacts the operation of the Courses and the experience of other players.  A no-show fee will be charged if a Pass Holder does not show up and does not contact the pro shop to cancel or cancel their time through the booking portal. Cancellations need to be made at least 1-2 hours prior to a confirmed tee time.  If the no-show player is a Pass Holder, a no-show fee of $10 will be charged to the Pass Holder’s credit card on file.
