Upcoming recreation registration dates

Starting this fall, registration for most City of London drop-in recreation programs will open seven days before each program begins, rather than months in advance. This new approach makes registration more flexible, accessible and convenient for residents by creating more opportunities to participate throughout the season, better accommodating changing schedules, and making it easier for new participants to join. It will also help reduce long wait times and online system congestion when registration opens. Aquatics drop-in programs are not changing and will continue to be available on a walk-in basis only.

Seasonal recreation registration dates

Registration for all Fall 2026 Recreation Programs is now open!

• Fall recreation programs will be visible on Play Your Way online beginning July 13, 2026
• Registration for adult 55+ programs will be available starting August 11, 2026, at 8:30 a.m.
• Registration for general programs will be available starting August 12, 2026, at 8:30 a.m.
• Registration for aquatics programs will be available starting August 13, 2026, at 8:30 a.m

Drop-in recreation registration dates

The City of London offers many activities and programs where you can drop in at the scheduled time. 

Advanced registration and payment at time of booking is required for community centre, seniors' centre, Seniors' Satellite, and skating drop-in programs

Advanced registration is not required for aquatics and Storybook Gardens drop-in programs. Simply attend the facility during the scheduled program time and pay at the front desk.

2026 summer day camp registration 

The city will offer a limited number of summer day camps at select community centres in July and August for children aged 4 to 12. For more details, please visit our day camps webpage. 

• Summer day camp programs become visible on Play Your Way online starting February 2, 2026.
• Registration for summer day camp programs is available on March 17, 2026, at 8:30 a.m.

Seniors' special events registration dates

The City of London hosts monthly special events at Kiwanis Seniors' Community Centre and Hamilton Road Seniors' Community Centre, and they include a meal as well as entertainment. Seniors’ special events become visible on Play Your Way online approximately one month prior to the event.
