City facilities including City Hall are closed to the public. Many services will remain available, but changes have been made to reduce the need for people to leave their home to access services.

COVID-19 RESPONSE: In alignment with Phase 1 of Ontario’s Framework for Reopening the Province, the Public Participation Meeting process has been reintroduced with modifications to protect the health and well-being of members of the public and City employees during the COVID-19 pandemic.
City Hall will be temporarily closed to the public for meetings of Committees and Council.
