The hunt is on Friday, April 3, 2026 until Monday, April 6, 2026! Join us for an Egg Hunt at Storybook Gardens with two timeslots per day:
Find eggs of different color's throughout the park to redeem a treat or prize. Children over three-years-old can search the whole park for eggs. Toddlers under the age of three can search for eggs at Storybook Valley. Our classic park attractions will be open, weather permitting.
Admission is $6.20 for children ages 17 and under and free for all adults.
No amusement rides will be available for the 2026 Egg Hunt. For more information on what's open, please follow our Facebook and Instagram pages.
Each summer, Storybook Gardens hosts Friday Night Festivals, offering free admission for children thanks to our sponsors and $6.20 (plus tax) admission for adults on Fridays after 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. throughout the summer beginning June 26 through to September 4. Pre-registration is available on the Purchase your tickets webpage, under special events. Walk-in admission is also available at the Storybook Gardens castle.
Each Friday night, Storybook Gardens will have a new theme and special guest entertainers with a focus on community engagement and diversity. Nightly activities include character meet and greets, family dance party, photo booth, scavenger hunt, face painting, food trucks and a good night story plus local event partners and vendors. | September 4, 2026 | PJ Garden Tea Party Night | Kids are invited to dress in PJ's and bring their favorite stuffies for a magical evening in the garden! Enjoy tea parties with the Mad Hatter, explore harvested veggies, and take part in imaginative garden-themed play and storytelling. |
For 2026, Storybook Gardens will offer Sensory Friendly Thursdays every Thursday beginning May 21 until the end of summer from 3 to 6 p.m.
Sensory friendly experience includes twilight admission access, no music and off-peak hours to avoid any line-ups or crowding. Park attractions are all open during this time including the Valley Village Playhouses, Pedal Car Track, On the Riverbank Splash Pad, Storybook Carousel, Springbank Express Train, Frog King's Leaping Lilypad, Adventure Island, Hands in the Sand and Gnorbert's Gardens. Food service locations will be open until 5:30pm.
Winter skate trail is open 7 days a week.
Each winter, enjoy a magical holiday experience with our 250-metre skate trail, which loops around the park grounds. Admission is $5.70 (plus tax) for adults, $4.50 (plus tax) for children ages 17 and under, and free for children under 24 months old. Skate rentals are available for $7.90 (plus tax) per person. Sizes available include toddler 7 to adult 13.
Our Beavertails concession will be open on evenings and weekends serving Beavertails pastries, fries, hot chocolate and Pepsi products.
Skating sessions are a total of ninety minutes each. Pre-registration is encouraged. Visit the Purchase your tickets webpage to pre-register for a session before it fills up. Drop-in admission is also available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Helmets are required for children 5 and under. Helmets are not available for rental. All sturdy strollers are allowed on the skating trail. Umbrella or collapsible strollers are not permitted. Baby carriers are not permitted on the skate trail.
