Ontario Works Application Support Drop-In

Applying for Ontario Works can feel complicated. The City of London offers in-person, hands on support to help you complete your application and manage required documents.

At the Ontario Works Application Support Drop-In, you can visit select office locations during drop-in hours to receive support in-person. No appointment needed.

At the drop-in, City of London staff will support you with the following services:

• Help completing your Ontario Works application
• Help uploading and submitting required documents
• Help understanding eligibility, timelines, and next steps
• Help troubleshooting issues during the application or verification process
• Support completing Emergency Assistance applications for urgent financial need

If applicable, please bring any photo identification, proof of address, income information, or documents the Ontario Works system has asked you to provide. If you do not have everything yet, you can still attend a drop in, and staff will help you understand what is needed and next steps.

Drop-in hours

All locations operate from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
