Storybook Gardens opens for the season on May 16, 2026!

Storybook Gardens is owned and operated by the City of London.
Enjoy unlimited summer fun at Storybook Gardens with a season pass valid May 16 to September 7.
Individual season passes are available for $41.80 + tax.
Storybook Gardens is a magical, storybook-themed destination where imagination leads the way. With a season pass, you can visit all season long and enjoy:
- Themed playgrounds & play structures
- Pedal car track & children’s play village
- Teaching garden & sand-play area
- On the River splash pad
- Themed programming all summer long
- Ollie’s Discovery Zone
- Character Meet and Greets
Storybook Carousel and Miniature Train amusement rides are available at an additional cost. See below for ride admission details. Special ticketed events, including Gnorbert’s Egg Hunt, are not included.

Summer general admission is $10.70 per person, for child or adult. Children under 24 months old are admitted to the park for free.
General admission provides park goers with access to fun attractions and signature events kids will love! Don't miss the Jumping Pillow, Adventure Island, Hands in the Sand play area, Gnorbert’s Garden, the Miniature Play Village and On the Riverbank Splash Pad in the summer. In addition, park goers will have access to character meet-and-greets, stage shows, dance parties, storytelling, garden events and more!
Storybook Gardens also offers Twilight admission for $6.20 per person. Twilight hours run from 3 - 6 p.m. daily, including our Sensory Friendly Thursdays, featuring no music and off-peak hours to avoid any line-ups or crowding.
Please note weekdays in June, there are many school groups on site for class trips resulting in long lineups at times. Consider twilight hours later in the day and at a discounted price.
Booking your tickets in advance is encouraged, as spaces can fill up quickly!
Storybook Gardens may be closed if there is inclement weather. Please review our closures and cancellations page to ensure programming, even ts, rides and attractions are running as scheduled.
Amusement rides, including the Springbank Express Train and the Storybook Gardens Carousel are available daily at an additional cost. Individual tickets are $3.40 per person (plus tax), or you can purchase 20 tickets for $41.30 (plus tax). Ride tickets do not expire and are non-refundable.

The City of London’s Play Your Way Fund offers financial assistance to support Londoners and families who want to access recreation programs and activities offered by the City, including general admission, special event admission, amusement ride tickets and winter skate rentals at Storybook Gardens.
The Play Your Way Fund can be used for daily park admission or toward the purchase of season passes.

Amusement rides and attraction areas will close due to extreme temperatures and adverse weather conditions - particularly heavy rain, high winds or lightning. Storybook Gardens makes every effort to reopen the rides and attractions as quickly and safely as possible after the adverse weather conditions cease. Guests are encouraged to take shelter in their vehicles or leave and come back, as in-and-out privileges are included with admission for the day. If the park is unable to remain open, guests impacted will receive a rain cheque to return for a future visit. In any instance where the City of London cancels a recreation program, a full credit or refund will be issued.
For withdrawal requests made prior to the start of the program, your account will be credited in full. No credits or refunds will be issued for withdrawal requests made after the start of the program, except in extenuating circumstances as approved by a supervisor.

Our skating trail is scheduled to open on Saturday, November 28, weather permitting, and registration for 75-minute sessions area available on Play Your Way Online. Skating is offered weekday afternoons and evenings, and all day on weekends. Admission is $4.50 (plus tax) for children and $5.70 (plus tax) for adults, with infants under 24 months, spectators, and support workers free. Skate rentals are available for $7.90 (plus tax) on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests can also enjoy a warming space inside the castle and the Beavertails concession, open evenings and weekends.
