All guests entering the park are required to pay the general admission fee. Our park is fully outdoors, and attractions may be closed due to inclement weather. All pre-registered parkgoers will receive an email if the park is closed due to inclement weather or if we cancel your program, and a refund will be applied to your Play Your Way online account.
Winter general admission
Each winter, enjoy a magical holiday experience with our 250-metre skate trail, which loops around the park grounds. Admission is $5 (plus tax) for adults, $4 (plus tax) for children ages 17 and under, and free for children under 24 months old. Skate rentals are available for $7 (plus tax) per person.
Our Beavertails concession will be open on evenings and weekends serving Beavertails pastries, fries, hot chocolate and Pepsi products.
Winter skating timeslots available seven days a week. Available timeslots can be found through the Purchase your tickets webpage. Pre-registration is encouraged before spaces fill up. Drop-in admission is also available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Helmets are required for children 5 and under. Helmets are not available for rental. All sturdy strollers are allowed on the skating trail. Umbrella or collapsible strollers are not permitted. Baby carriers are not permitted on the skate trail.
Spring and summer general admission
Summer general admission is $9.50 per person beginning typically in mid-May, and spring general admission is $7.50 for person, child or adult. Children under 24 months old are admitted to the park for free. General admission provides parkgoers with access to amenities the children will love, including the Jumping Pillow, Adventure Island, Hands in the Sand play area, Gnorbert’s Garden, the Miniature Play Village and On the Riverbank Splash Pad in the summer. In addition, parkgoers will have access to our signature programming, including character meet-and-greets, stage shows, dance parties, storytelling, garden events and more! Check out our calendar for a list of upcoming events. Our signature programming begins during the Victoria Day long weekend and ends during the Labour Day long weekend, but we also offer annual signature events throughout the summer, spring, fall and winter.

Admission for rides
Access to our amusement rides is available daily beginning May 17, 2025 at an additional cost. This includes the Springbank Express Train, Storybook Gardens Carousel, Elephant Ride, Swings and Ferris Wheel. Individual tickets are $3 per person, or you can purchase 20 tickets for $36.50. Ride tickets do not expire and are non-refundable.

Play Your Way Fund
The City of London’s Play Your Way Fund offers financial support to low-income Londoners and families who want to access recreation programs and activities offered by the City, including general admission, special event admission, amusement ride tickets and winter skate rentals at Storybook Gardens.

Withdrawal and refund policy
Amusement rides and attraction areas will close due to extreme temperatures and adverse weather conditions - particularly heavy rain, high winds or lightning. Storybook Gardens makes every effort to reopen the rides and attractions as quickly and safely as possible after the adverse weather conditions cease. Guests are encouraged to take shelter in their vehicles or leave and come back, as in-and-out privileges are included with admission for the day. If the park is unable to remain open, guests impacted will receive a rain cheque to return for a future visit.
In any instance where the City of London cancels a recreation program, a full credit or refund will be issued. For withdrawal requests made prior to the start of the program, your account will be credited in full. No credits or refunds will be issued for withdrawal requests made after the start of the program, except in extenuating circumstances as approved by a supervisor.
