The City of London’s resident satisfaction survey will be conducted starting today, September 15, to October 5 in collaboration with Forum Research.
The resident satisfaction survey gives Londoners a chance to voice their opinions and perspectives about key issues facing our city. When a resident receives a call to take part in this anonymous survey, they can anticipate questions about quality of life, community priorities, perceived value for their tax dollar, and satisfaction with municipal services and programs.
Using random digit dialing (RDD) telephone techniques, a representative sample of 500 residents (18 years of age and older) will participate in the survey. Both landlines and cellphones will be used.
This survey is used by the City to gather input on local issues, make strategic choices, and ensure that organizational objectives are aligned with resident needs. Read more about last year’s survey results. The results of this year’s survey will be released publicly in November 2025.
