The Civic Garden Complex is one of London's most scenic settings for indoor private functions. Whether you are looking for a picturesque location for your wedding photos, a professional setting for a business seminar or a unique location to host any event, Civic Garden Complex is a quality location for a successful and memorable day. To complement this beautiful attraction, the facility is surrounded by gardens with walkways, arbours, ponds, and acres of green space.

Some time slots have recreational programs taking place in Birch Hall, so the public will not have access to that area during those times. However, the Conservatory, tropical plant area, and pond will remain open for viewing on all the dates listed below.

If there is a private rental in the facility, the public will not have access to the facility during that time.

There is no commercial kitchen on site. Our kitchen facilities are only available for light preparation and serving duties and are not equipped to cook food. As such, all food must be prepared off site by a licensed caterer. To discuss catering options, please contact Kelly Farmer at kfarmer@london.ca.
Accessible brick patio space and outdoor seating option available.
Note: Gazebo not included as part of rental agreement. It is available on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Chairs and tables are not to be removed from the building.
The gazebo and outdoor grounds are public space and therefore cannot be rented or reserved. Any usage in this space is on a first-come-first-serve basis.
The City of London will not be held responsible for chair rentals - please make arrangements with your rental company for delivery and pick-up.
We suggest you contact the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) three weeks in advance of your function. The Liquor License must be posted and your bartenders Smart Serve Trained. We require you hire two bartenders to cover breaks. No bar is to be left unattended at any time.
The Civic Garden Complex is home to the Garden Club of London and the Friends of the London Civic Garden Complex. Annual events taking place at this facility include a Spring Greenhouse Tour, Children’s Workshop and Fall Sale, organized by the Friends of the London Civic Garden Complex as well as the Garden Club of London Flower Show, and Christmas Boutique.
