The City of London in collaboration with community partners is excited to be hosting the 7th annual London Newcomer Day at Fanshawe College Innovation Village (1001 Fanshawe College Boulevard)!
This family-friendly event is free to attend and will feature activities for kids as well as countless helpful resources for newcomers to London.
Our city welcomes thousands of new residents every year, and the City of London recognizes the importance newcomers and international talent play in sustaining our economy and creating a vibrant community.

Support Staff Strike
The union representing full-time support staff (Ontario Public Service Employees Union) has given notice that a strike by full-time support staff will begin on Thursday, September 11. This strike affects all of Ontario’s public colleges.
Permission has been granted to proceed with Newcomer Day with support from the Fanshawe Student Union. For more details, please visit fanshawec.ca/strike.
