Fall in Love with the Forest City - September 24, 2026

The observation deck will be closed today, October 1, due to the weather.

Fall is just around the corner, and there’s no better place to take in the changing colours than from above.

Starting September 24, the City Hall observation deck will once again open to the public for Fall in Love with the Forest City.

Coffee, cider and snacks will be available by donation, supporting the United Way Elgin Middlesex.
