Transport Canada’s Navigation Protection Program (NPP) administers the Canadian Navigable Waters
Act (CNWA) which helps keep Canada’s navigable waters open for transport and recreation.
In accordance with requirements of the Canadian Navigable Waters Act, Corporation of the City of
London hereby gives notice that an application has been submitted to the Minister of Transport for the
below work(s):
- The City plans to rehabilitate The Queen’s Bridge on Queens Avenue, including the replacement of the retaining wall along the east bank of the river.
- The work will take place crossing the North Branch of the Thames River between Ridout Street North and Wilson Avenue (Lat: 42.982778, Long. -81.256722).
