Written submissions regarding the matter can be submitted by email to CoAsubmit@london.ca. Additional information regarding the matter being considered by the Committee is available to the public for inspection by contacting the Secretary-Treasurer of the Committee of Adjustment by email at CoAregister@london.ca.

Members of the public can attend the hearing in person at City Hall in Committee Room #3 (2^nd Floor) or virtually via Zoom. To register to attend in person or virtually, please contact the Secretary-Treasurer, Committee of Adjustment at CoAregister@london.ca or 519-930-3500. Registration is required by 4:30 p.m. a minimum of one day before the hearing.

Please be advised that written submissions will become part of the public record and may be published, with your name, on the City of London website or in a Planning Report. 

This public hearing will be recorded. Video recordings will be posted on the City's website and YouTube channel. By attending, you consent to being recorded. 

Any personal information collected through this recording or as part of this application, including images, is done so under the authority of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c. 25, and the Planning Act R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13, and will form part of the public record for this Committee of Adjustment hearing. If you wish to be notified of a decision of the Committee of Adjustment, you must appear in person, or by counsel, at the hearing (including virtually) and file a written request to be notified with the Secretary-Treasurer, Committee of Adjustment.  

The applicant, the Minister, or a specified person or public body that has an interest in the matter may, within 20 days of the decision of the committee, appeal to the Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT) against the decision by filing with the secretary-treasurer a notice of appeal setting out the objection to the decision and the reasons for the objection, accompanied by payment to the secretary-treasurer of the fee charged by the OLT. 

Appeals must be filed with the Secretary-Treasurer of Committee of Adjustment for the City of London, as follows:

If a person or public body has the ability to appeal the decision of the London Consent Authority in respect of a proposed consent to the Ontario Land Tribunal but does not make written submissions to the London Consent Authority before it gives or refuses to give a provisional consent, the Tribunal may dismiss the appeal.

If you wish to be notified of a decision of the London Consent Authority in respect of the proposed consent, you must make a written request to the London Consent Authority, 300 Dufferin Ave., P.O. Box 5035, London, ON N6A 4L9, or by email to coasubmit@london.ca.
