Your new waste collection schedules will be delivered between late October and early November.
In the meantime, you can view your schedule online or pick it up at City facilities.

Beginning on September 3, residents can report a wider range of bylaw-related concerns online through the Service London Portal. The expanded service creates a simpler, more direct way to submit non-emergency concerns and connect with the appropriate City team.
The expanded options include occupant noise, such as people, parties and loud music; general noise, such as construction, equipment and barking dogs; property standards violations; vermin, rats or pest infestations; and other bylaw complaints not captured in the drop-down menu.
As part of the change, non-emergency noise complaints should be submitted through the Service London Portal at service.london.ca, rather than reporting them to the London Police Service.
“We want reporting a noise concern to be simple and the response to be timely,” said Amanda Pfeffer, Director, Municipal Compliance. “By moving occupant noise reporting to Service London, complaints will come directly to the staff responsible for responding, while residents will receive immediate confirmation that their concern has been received.”
Residents can visit service.london.ca to view the available reporting options and submit a complaint.
Municipal Compliance works with residents and property owners to help keep London’s neighbourhoods safe, healthy and well maintained. Staff provide education, conduct inspections and enforce City bylaws when needed.
As always, call 911 in an emergency.
