It’s Your Time to Thrive: Age Friendly London Conference celebrates healthy aging and community connections

The 11th annual Age Friendly London Conference returns once again, taking place on Wednesday, October 8, 2025. Presented by the Age Friendly London Network, the conference will run from 8:30 a.m. - 3 p.m. at the London Hellenic Centre (133 Southdale Road West). 

This year’s theme, It’s Your Time to Thrive, invites older adults, caregivers, and community members to come together for a day of inspiration, connection, and learning. More than 300 participants are expected, with opportunities to explore over 40 exhibitors and hear from leading experts on strategies to support healthy aging.

Highlights of the program include keynote speaker Dr. Peter Lin, a nationally recognized expert in family medicine and healthy aging whose greatest strength lies in making health information clear, credible, and accessible. Attendees will also enjoy engaging presentations, interactive activities, and updates on the latest initiatives from the Age Friendly London Network.

“London is committed to being an age-friendly city where seniors and older adults can thrive,” says Michelle Dellamora, Manager of Community Initiatives at the City of London and Master of Ceremonies for this year’s conference. “The Age Friendly London Conference is a unique way to bring people together, celebrate our community, and share knowledge that benefits all generations.”
