City invites Londoners to vote for 2024 Neighbourhood Decision Making ideas

Voting has begun for this year’s Neighbourhood Decision Making program where exciting neighbourhood projects have the potential to become a reality.

From Monday, November 4 to Saturday, November 9, Londoners are invited to vote for their favourite Neighbourhood Decision Making ideas. To view the full list of ideas and cast your vote, visit Get Involved London.

This year, residents of all ages can vote for up to three small projects (under $15,000) and one large project (over $15,000) in the areas of Central, Northeast, Northwest, Southeast, and Southwest London.

“The Neighbourhood Decision Making program is an incredible example of positive community engagement,” says Mayor Josh Morgan. “These projects will truly enhance our neighbourhoods and make an incredible impact in the community. I encourage every Londoner to vote this week.”

Voting options include online, in-person, and over the phone. Londoners can vote through one of the following methods:

Online: Register on Get Involved, review the ideas, and cast your vote here.

In-person: Visit select City of London Community Centres from November 4 to November 9, or any London Public Library branch on November 9. From Monday, November 4 to Saturday, November 9, you can vote in person at these City of London Community Centres:

  • Boyle Memorial Community Centre
  • Hamilton Road Seniors’ Community Centre
  • Kiwanis Seniors' Community Centre
  • Carling Heights Optimist Community Centre
  • North London Optimist Community
  • Stronach Community Recreation Centre
  • East Lions Community Centre
  • Byron Optimist Community Centre
  • South London Community Centre
  • Canada Games Aquatic Centre

The winning ideas will be announced in the week of November 25, 2024.
