Base Line Road East will close for underground servicing work

Starting Monday, September 21, Base Line Road East will be closed between High Street and Ridout Street South until approximately September 24 while private underground servicing work connects water, storm sewers, and sanitary sewers to a property in the area.

A detour will be posted via High Street, Emery Street East, and Ridout Street South. 

The south sidewalk will also be closed. Access to homes in the area will be maintained.

Some LTC routes will be impacted. Please check the London Transit Commission website for the most up-to-date information on bus schedules.

This work is taking place near Wellington Gateway Phase 2A and 2B construction. Drivers should expect delays and changing traffic conditions in the area and follow posted signs and detours.
