Submitting Communications:

•    Communications must relate to an item on the agenda.
•    The submission deadline is Thursday, March 25, 2027 at 9:00 a.m. or 9:00 a.m. on the business day before the meeting, if an added deadline applies.
•    Written consent from the author is required for the communication to be included on the public agenda, which becomes part of the permanent public record and may appear in online search results. The consent must include the author's first and last name.

As outlined in the Council Procedure By-law, communications or petitions containing obscene or defamatory language will not be accepted.
