Submitting Communications:

•    Communications must relate to an item on the Council agenda.
•    The submission deadline is Wednesday, October 7, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. or 9:00 a.m. on the business day before the meeting if an added deadline applies.
•    Written consent is required for your communication to be included on the public agenda, which becomes part of the permanent public record and may appear in online search results.

As outlined in the Council Procedure By-law, communications or petitions containing obscene or defamatory language will not be accepted.
