Canada Celebrates the FIFA World Cup 2026™ - July 04, 2026

The City of London is proud to welcome Canada Celebrates the FIFA World Cup 2026™ to Victoria Park on Saturday, July 4, from 12:30 – 8:30 p.m.

Residents and visitors are invited to experience the excitement of the world’s biggest sporting event right here in London. This free, family-friendly fan experience is part of a countrywide celebration bringing communities across Canada together during the FIFA World Cup™.

The celebration will feature two live FIFA World Cup 2026™ match screenings at 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. These round of 16 matches will determine which teams advance to the quarter-finals, so bring your lawn chair, your passion and your energy to cheer on your favourite team.  

Londoners can enjoy a festive atmosphere throughout the day, with plenty to explore between matches, including soccer-themed activities, food, and interactive experiences for fans of all ages. A licensed beer garden in support of the Children’s Health Foundation will be onsite for those of legal drinking age. 

Hosted by Mike Stubbs, the event will also offer live entertainment throughout the day, including performances by London artists DJ K-VIII and King Cruff.

While Toronto and Vancouver host tournament matches, Canada Celebrates gives Londoners the opportunity to join in the celebration close to home. So, whether you’re a lifelong soccer fan or simply looking for a fun summer event with family and friends, this is one celebration you won’t want to miss!
