1. Policy Statement

The purpose of this policy is to formalize and clarify practices on the listing of properties for sale or lease with the Real Estate brokerage community.

3. Applicability

This policy applies to listing of properties for sale or lease with the Real Estate brokerage community.

4. The Policy

When the City wishes to list properties for sale or lease with the Real Estate brokerage community, the properties shall be listed with a licensed Broker with the London and St. Thomas Association of Realtors using the Multiple Listing Service. The selection of the Broker will be through a Request for Proposal procurement.
