What is proposed?

Official Plan and Zoning amendments to allow: 
•Adding a site-specific policy to The London Plan to permit a maximum of 2,500 m² of commercial GFA within a portion of the subject lands and reposition the Green Space Place Type to align with the proposed revised location of the park adjacent to the SWM block;
•Redesignate portions of the subject lands from Medium Density Residential to Low Density Residential and reposition the Open Space and Environmental Review designation within the subject lands in SWAP;
•Adding R2-1 and R4-6 Special Provisions Zones and revising existing zoning to support the proposed development.
