Celebrate the beginning of fall in the Forest City with us at City Hall! Join us at our top floor observation deck and enjoy a beautiful view of the changing colours across the city.

The City Hall observation decks will be accessible to the public from Thursday, October 2, 2025, to October 26 during the following times:

  • Thursdays and Fridays from 5 p.m. to sunset
  • Saturdays and Sundays from 12 – 4.p.m.
  • The observation deck will be closed Sunday, October 12

Entry to the observation deck is free. Hot drinks and seasonal cookies will be available by donation. All proceeds will go towards this year’s United Way Elgin Middlesex campaign on behalf of the City of London. No registration is required. 

Visitors can access City Hall through the main doors off Dufferin Avenue. For parking information please visit london.ca/parking.
