Indoor roller skating at North London Optimist Community Centre

Are you looking for some family-filled fun or the perfect date night? Join us for indoor roller skating! North London Optimist Community Centre offers the following weekly roller skating sessions:

• 18+ session:
  • Wednesdays from 6:15 to 7:45 p.m. and 8 to 9:30 p.m.
• All ages session:
  • Sundays from 1 to 2:30 p.m. and 2:45 to 4:15 p.m. Please note the last Friday from September to June is hosted by the Optimist Club of North London from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Admissions and roller skate rentals are available for purchase with cash and EFT at the door only.

• Adults 18 and older - $10.96
• Children and youth - $8.02
• Seniors 55 and older - $10.17
• Skate rentals - $6.55 per pair

Londoners are welcome to bring their own roller or in-line skates, however, they are subject to inspection to ensure they will not damage the floor.

• Adults 18 and older - $85.99
• Children and youth - $62.49
• Seniors 55 and older - $80.80

Registration

Pre-registration is available through Play Your Way online. Roller skate rentals can also be purchased online. Alternatively, pre-registration is available over the phone and in-person at select City of London facilities. Visit our programs, courses and registration page for all registration details.

You can also pay for admission and rentals at the front counter at North London Optimist Community Centre during a scheduled roller skating session.

Rules and regulations

• Participants under 12 must wear a CSA approved helmet when roller skating. Please note helmets are not available for rental and participants must supply their own CSA approved helmet.
• Participants under 12 must be accompanied by an adult 18 or older.
• Those in attendance are encouraged to bring their own locks for lockers. The City does not provide locks.
• Wrist guards are strongly recommended.
• No loose items such as purses, hats, bandanas, personal music devices, glow sticks, cameras, food and/or drink on the floor at any time.
• Socks must be worn by all patrons using rental roller skates.
