This meeting is a public participation meeting with respect to the Budget.  This is a forum where members of the public can share their opinions, concerns and feedback on the budget.  Anyone wishing to speak can do so in person or via zoom.  In order to participate via zoom, registration is required by 9:00 a.m. November 18 to ppmclerks@london.ca All speakers will have up to 5 minutes to make their presentation.

The deadline to submit a written communication is Monday, November 11, 2024 by 9:00 a.m.  Please ensure consent is provided to appear on a public agenda which forms part of the permanent record and will be available publicly on the City of London's website.  Alternatively, you can email Council members directly if you do not wish to have your comments public.  Council Member's contact information can be found here.

The deadline for Added communications is 9:00 a.m., Monday, November 18, 2024.  All communications must relate to the Budget.  

The agenda will be posted to the website by noon Wednesday, November 13, 2024.

As per the Council Procedure By-law, communications or petitions containing obscene or defamatory language shall not be listed on the agenda.

All submissions made by a member of the public for inclusion on an agenda of a Standing Committee of City Council are subject to the Placement of Public Submissions on Standing Committee Agendas Council Policy.
