3095 Bostwick Road - Official Plan Amendment

What is proposed?

An Official Plan Amendment is proposed to: 

•  Remove the Green Space Place Type on Map 1 of The London Plan and the Open Space and Environmental Review designation on Schedules 4 and 12 of the Southwest Area Secondary Plan (SWAP) associated with the wetlands on the northern part of the subject lands. The open space block, which includes the significant woodland and the proposed ecological compensation area, is proposed the be added to the Green Space Place Type in The London Plan and the Open Space and Environmental Review designation in the SWAP.
