Report a tree issue

Help us maintain the health of London’s trees by reporting tree issues. Early reporting can help us contain diseases, save trees and prevent damage.

Use the form below to request:

  • trimming, elevating low limbs or removing dead branches
  • inspection for poor health, infestation, and storm or wind damage
  • a tree be planted

By clicking on a tree “dot” in the map, you can learn about the tree’s common name, and the trunk diameter the last time the tree was inventoried.

Issues with a City tree

Contact our Forestry Operations team to report an emergency at service.london.ca, email trees@london.ca, or call 519-661-5783. You can call between 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. from Monday to Friday.
