Starting tomorrow, Thursday, February 20, Nightingale Avenue will be temporarily closed at Dundas Street to facilitate utility work as part of the East London Link Phase 3A West project. The road is anticipated to reopen on Friday, February 21 (weather permitting).
People driving are advised to expect delays and follow detour signs to reach their destination.
Transit riders are encouraged to visit the LTC website for the most up-to-date information.
Wayfinding signs are installed around the site to help people walking navigate safely around the construction zone. Sidewalk access will continue to be maintained on at least one side of the road during this work.
Businesses will remain open and accessible during construction.
