Temporary road closures ahead

Drivers should plan ahead for temporary road closures and restrictions taking place next week.

• There will be a brief closure on Highbury Avenue South between Bradley Avenue and Commissioners Road East starting late on June 3 from 11 p.m. and lasting until the early morning at 4 a.m. Emergency repairs are needed and the northbound lanes will be closed for those four hours. • William Street between Regent Street and Grosvenor Street will be closed for the day on June 4, 2026, to complete surface asphalt paving work, weather permitting. There will be no road access, and drivers are advised to follow the detour signage. • Clarke Road between Royal Cresent and Sudbury Avenue will be temporarily closed from June 8-12, 2026, for a private utility repair. A detour around the closure will be in effect using Trafalgar Street, Veteran Memorial Parkway, and Dundas Street. Learn more: Renew London link.

Drivers should give themselves some extra time when traveling, use navigation apps to plan routes, and leave a little earlier to get to where they need to go.
