Notice of Collection of Personal Information – personal information is collected under the authority of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended, and the Planning Act, 1990 R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13, and will be used by Members of Council and City of London staff in consideration of these matters.
Written submissions, including names and contact information and the associated reports arising from the public participation process, will be made available to the public, including publishing on the City's website. The City of London posts all public notices online at london.ca/public-notices. Please note that starting January 1, 2026, the City of London will no longer publish planning application notices in The Londoner. Instead, Londoners can view planning applications online and will still be notified through mailed notices when required by The London Plan and the Planning Act.

221 Queens Avenue –The purpose and effect of this zoning change is to permit the continued operation of the existing surface commercial parking lot for an additional three (3) years. Possible change to Zoning By-law Z.-1 BY AMENDING the temporary use provisions of the existing Downtown Area/Temporary/Holding Transit Station Area (DA2*D350/T-69/h-13*TSA5) Zone to extend the surface commercial parking lot use for an additional three (3) years. The City may also contemplate alternative zoning such as a different base zone, additional permitted uses, additional special provisions, and/or the use of holding provisions. File: TZ-26045. 1837 Churchill Avenue – The Delegated Authority for the City of London intends to consider a Zoning amendment to permit the expansion of the existing Private School and Place of Worship. Possible change to Zoning By-law Z.-1 FROM a Neighbourhood Facility (NF) Zone and Residential R2 (R2-3) Zone TO a Neighbourhood Facility Special Provision (NF(_)) Zone with special provisions. The City may also contemplate alternative zoning such as a different base zone, additional permitted uses, additional special provisions (i.e., height and/or density), and/or the use of holding provisions. 36 Wethered Street – The purpose and effect of this Zoning Amendment is to permit two (2), two (2) storey semi-detached dwellings containing four (4) residential units, and a two (2) storey cluster townhouse development with four(4) residential units. In total, eight (8) residential units are proposed. Possible change to the Zoning By-law Z.-1 FROM a Residential R1 (R1-6) Zone TO a Residential R5 Special Provision (R5-4(_)) Zone with special provisions to implement the proposed development. If a person or public body would otherwise have an ability to appeal the decision of the Corporation of the City of London or of the Approval Authority to the Ontario Land Tribunal but the person or public body does not make oral submissions at a public meeting or make written submissions to the City of London before the application is adopted or approved, the person or public body is not entitled to appeal the decision.
If a person or public body does not make oral submissions at a public meeting or make written submissions to the City of London before the proposed amendment is adopted or approved, the person or public body may not be added as a party to the hearing of an appeal before the Ontario Land Tribunal unless, in the opinion of the Tribunal, there are reasonable grounds to add the person or public body as a party.

MINOR VARIANCES
A meeting of the Committee of Adjustment for the City of London will be held Thursday, May 7, 2026, no earlier than 1:30 p.m. for the purpose of hearing the following applications for Minor Variance:
A-26030 – 27 Craig Street – To construct an accessory building (detached garage) with an additional residential unit above it and permit front yard parking. To permit a parking area in the front yard, whereas parking areas are permitted in the interior side yard and rear yard. To permit an accessory building (Detached Garage) coverage of 11.1%, whereas 10% is the maximum permitted. To permit an accessory building height of 7.1m, whereas 6.0m is the maximum permitted. To permit a dwelling unit in the front portion of the ground floor with no other permitted uses, whereas dwelling units are restricted to the rear portion of the ground floor or on the second floor or above with any or all the other permitted uses in the front portion of the ground floor. Notice of decision
If you wish to be notified of a decision of the Committee of Adjustment, you must appear in person, or by counsel, at the hearing (including virtually) and file a written request to be notified with the Secretary-Treasurer, Committee of Adjustment.
Appeals
The applicant, the Minister, or a specified person or public body that has an interest in the matter may, within 20 days of the decision of the committee, appeal to the Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT) against the decision by filing with the secretary-treasurer a notice of appeal setting out the objection to the decision and the reasons for the objection, accompanied by payment to the secretary-treasurer of the fee charged by the OLT.
