Lace up! Outdoor skating season kicks off in London

PLUS - Community centres, recreation facilities and arenas resume regular public hours at noon today 

Arriving on the heels of our first big snow, the outdoor winter skating season in London is also here so let’s get outside!

The outdoor skating rink in Victoria Park opens tonight at 6 p.m., until 10 p.m., kicking off a season of free outdoor ice skating at the historic downtown rink, which will be open daily from 10 a.m. until 10 p.m., weather permitting.

The observation deck at the top of City Hall is open this evening for anyone wishing to check out the lights at Victoria Park.

The skating trail that loops around the grounds of Storybook Gardens will reopen at 3 p.m. todayYou can visit Storybook Gardens to learn more details including hours of operations, information on skating trail facility rentals and to purchase tickets for your preferred time slot.

All community centres, aquatic centres, aquatic facilities and arenas will reopen at noon today to begin their regular public hours.
