Barker Street closure for new pedestrian crossover

On Monday, October 7, work will begin on a new raised Pedestrian Crossover on Barker Street at McNay Drain trail. From noon to 2pm, Barker Street will have reduced lanes and flagging, followed by a full overnight closure starting at 4pm. This route is scheduled to reopen by 7am on Tuesday, October 8. 

During the closure, local traffic can access Corinth Court from the north and Sussex Place from the south, but there will be no access across the bridge or through the crossing during the closure period. London Transit users are advised that Route 27 will be on detour.
