Corrine Rahman is currently serving her first term as Councillor for Ward 7.
Corrine Rahman was elected as the Councillor for Ward 7 for the 2022-2026 term of Council. Corrine, along with her husband and 3 kids are proud to call Ward 7 home. She is eager to bring her experience as a professor, former non-profit manager and former municipal staffer to represent the constituents of Ward 7. Corrine values relationship building, hard work and open communication. She is an advocate for smart development, affordability, budget-conscious decision-making and champions a diverse and welcoming London.
Corrine earned an honours communications studies degree and a general political science degree from the University of Windsor. Additionally, she has a master’s degree in leadership studies from the University of Guelph. Corrine completed a graduate certificate in human resource management and a certificate in negotiation and dispute Resolution.
Corrine is a Professor at Fanshawe College in the Business Management graduate certificate program. She served as a Trustee for TVDSB from 2018-2022 and as the West Regional lead for the Justice of the Peace Appointments Advisory Committee from 2016-2019. She is also a past member of the Judicial Appointments committee for the region.
