The deadline to submit a communication is Wednesday, February 5, 2025 by 9:00 a.m. and the deadline for Added communications is 9:00 a.m. the business day prior to the Council meeting. All communications must relate to an item on the Council agenda.
Written consent is required at the time of the submission for your communication to appear on the public agenda which forms part of the permanent record and will be available publicly on the City of London’s website.
As per the Council Procedure By-law, communications or petitions containing obscene or defamatory language shall not be listed on the agenda.
