Standing Committee agendas are posted to our website by noon on Wednesday, the week prior to the regular scheduled committee meeting.

The deadline to submit a communication is Monday, December 16, 2024 by 9:00 a.m.
The deadline for Added communications is 9:00 a.m. the business day prior to the meeting. Added communications must relate to an item on the agenda.
Written consent is required at the time of the submission for your communication to appear on the public agenda which forms part of the permanent record and will be available publicly on the City of London’s website.
As per the Council Procedure By-law, communications or petitions containing obscene or defamatory language shall not be listed on the agenda.
All submissions made by a member of the public for inclusion on an agenda of a Standing Committee of City Council are subject to the Placement of Public Submissions on Standing Committee Agendas Council Policy.
