Image Multi-Year Budget The City of London prepares a Multi-Year Budget. A budget is adopted for a four-year period to support the Strategic Plan and deliver services to residents of London. Image Business Plans Business Plans provide a high-level overview of the City’s services, what the services do and how much it costs to provide those services to residents of London. These plans are updated each year if there are changes in resources, strategy or challenges.
