Storybook Gardens is open daily, from 10:00am to 4:00pm. General admission is $7.25 for children and adults. Children under 24-months-old and support workers are admitted to the park for free. Pre-registration is available at Play Your Way online. Walk-in admission is also available at the Storybook Gardens castle.
General admission includes access to classic play attractions including the Miniature Play Village, Hands in the Sand play area, On the Riverbank Splash Pad, the Leaping Lilypad, the Jumping Pillow and Adventure Island.

Amusement Rides
Access to our amusement rides is available at an additional cost of one ticket per person, except for the Ferris wheel, which requires two tickets per person. Individual tickets are $3.00 per person. Alternatively, you can purchase 20 tickets for $35.75 or an individual ride-all-day wristband for $14.50 per person. Infants under 24-months-old ride for free.
Amusement Ride Hours:
- Friday: Train and Carousel alternate every hour between 11:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- Saturday/Sunday: Elephants, Swings, and the Ferris Wheel are open (weather permitting) from 10:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Train and Carousel are open (weather permitting) from 11:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Concessions
Our Village Square concession is open Fridays to Sundays 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. serving hot food, snacks, and cold drinks. Our Beavertails concession is currently closed.
StoryBOO!
Returning to Storybook Gardens again this year is StoryBOO! a family-friendly Halloween event! Starting October 11, Storybook Gardens will be transformed into StoryBOO! where children are welcome to Trick-or-Treat throughout the park in their favourite costumes. Admission is $15 per person and includes 1 ride ticket. Children under 24-months-old and support workers are admitted to the park for free. To pre-register for the evening please visit the special events booking page.
Special StoryBOO! Dates:
- Daylight MiniBOO! – October 13 and 14 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Sensory Friendly StoryBOO! – October 20 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Humpty’s Haunted Howl-o-ween (Dog Friendly) – October 27 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

10-Visit Pass
Looking for a multi-visit pass for Storybook Gardens? Purchase a 10-visit pass for $52.50, providing one individual with general admission to Storybook Gardens for 10 visits at a discounted rate! Please note, 10-Visit Passes are not accepted for Special Events, including StoryBOO!
