What is proposed?
An Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment to allow for:
- A site-specific amendment to the Shopping Area Place Type policies to include light industrial uses, such as warehousing/distribution, self-storage and craft brewing, in addition to the existing uses.
- To modify the existing Associated Shopping Area (ASA) Zone on a site-specific basis to include light industrial uses.
- To modify the zoning on the former Costco landsto match the amended zoning on the rest of thesubject lands.
