What is proposed?
Zoning amendment to allow:
- A 67 unit townhouse development consisting of: one 4-storey stacked back-to-back townhouse block totaling 40 units; five 3-storey standard townhouse blocks totaling 19 units; and one back-to-back townhouse block totaling eight units;
- A reduced minimum front yard depth of 3.0 metres, whereas a minimum of 8.0 metres is required;
- An increased maximum building height of 13.5 metres, whereas a maximum of 12.0 metres is permitted.
