Lane restrictions begin tonight for line painting on King Street between Wellington and Lyle Streets

Starting tonight (Tuesday, September 26), lane restrictions will be in place on King Street between Wellington and Lyle Streets for line painting as part of the East London Link Project, for approximately three weeks. Work will begin in the Wellington to Waterloo Street block and will progress east.

Access to all properties along King Street will be maintained while this work is underway, and there will be no restrictions to turning movements off King Street.

LTC routes 2, 3, 5, 7, 9, 12, 20, 94, and 106 will be detoured to York Street tonight; however, transit service will return to regular service on King Street for the remainder of the line painting work. For the latest detour information, visit: https://realtime.londontransit.ca/.
