Zoning By-Law Amendment to create site specific zone with special provisions for the existing Residential R6-5 Zone:

  • Reduced Minimum Front, Rear, and Exterior Side Yard Depths
  • Reduce Minimum Landscaped Open Space
  • Increase Maximum Height (from 12m to 20.6m)
  • Increase Maximum Density (from 35 uph to 83 uph)

The Zoning By-Law Amendment would permit:

  • Two 6-storey apartment buildings (each with 62units), one 5-storey apartment building (52 units)
  • 72 townhouse units
