Voting now open for 2023 Neighbourhood Decision Making

Starting today until Saturday, November 18, Londoners are encouraged to vote to turn their favourite Neighbourhood Decision Making ideas into real projects. 

Londoners of all ages can browse through the 110 resident-driven ideas, and vote for their three favourites in Central, Northeast, Northwest, Southeast or Southwest London. The full list of ideas is available on Get Involved London.

“Our city thrives when its residents are actively engaged in shaping its future. The Neighbourhood Decision Making program is a prime example of this commitment to civic participation,” says Mayor Josh Morgan. "I urge all Londoners to take this opportunity to vote on ideas that will make a difference in their neighbourhood.”

Several advanced voting options are available during the entire week (November 13 to 17) leading up to vote day (Saturday, November 18) to allow for increased accessibility and participation in the program. Londoners can vote through one of the following methods:

Online voting

Online voting is available at getinvolved.london.ca/NDM from Monday, November 13 to Saturday, November 18. Simply register for Get Involved, review the list of ideas and cast your vote.

Advanced in-person voting

From Monday, November 13 to Friday, November 17, advanced in-person voting will be available at City of London community centres, Neighbourhood Resource Centres and Innovation Works. 

Vote Day

In-person voting will be available at all London Public Library branches on Saturday, November 18. Simply show up at your local branch, review the list of ideas and cast your vote.

Call-in voting 

On Saturday, November 18, between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., Londoners can call 519-661-8410 to cast their vote. Simply provide your name and postal code and cast your vote. 

 

Winning ideas will be announced in December 2023.
