Thames Valley Golf Course hosts special 100th anniversary tournament

The City of London invites you to join the Thames Valley Golf Course in celebrating its 100th anniversary with a special tournament on Saturday, June 22.

This tournament features a $100 entry fee and is only open to first 100 golfers to sign up. 

The entry fee includes a light continental breakfast, golf cart, welcome gift, dinner after golf as well as prizes.

Please register in person at the Thames Valley Golf Course, Fanshawe Golf Course or call 519-661-4440, starting May 31 at 10 a.m. 

The golf clubs start swinging with a shotgun start at 10:30 a.m., after opening remarks from Mayor Josh Morgan and a plaque ceremony featuring Golf Canada.

Participants are encouraged to dress in historical golf clothing so dust off those wool knickers and tweed caps!

About Thames Valley Golf Course

Thames Valley Golf Course is situated along the Thames River at 850 Sunninghill Avenue, just 10 minutes from downtown London. Established in 1924, the course features picturesque elevation changes, beautiful tree-lined fairways and rolling greens. The Clubhouse and patio overlook the 18th green and the Thames River, and is the perfect spot to enjoy food or beverages after a round.
