Highbury Avenue North at Florence Street will experience temporary lane restrictions on Sunday, March 28 from 8:00 a.m. until approximately 5:00 p.m. while crews from CN complete repairs to the rail tracks.
During this work, north and southbound vehicle traffic on Highbury Avenue will not be able to turn onto Florence Street and may encounter delays at the intersection.
The sidewalk on the east side of Highbury Avenue between Florence Street and Beattie Avenue will also be closed during this work. The sidewalk on the west side will remain open for pedestrians.
Motorists should give themselves a little extra time if traveling through the area, and can plan ahead by using the Waze app.
