400 Southdale Road E – SPA21-118 – Consideration of a Site Plan Control application to permit the construction of a seven-storey apartment building, with a total of 181 units. If a person or public body would otherwise have an ability to appeal the decision of the Corporation of the City of London or of the Approval Authority to the Ontario Land Tribunal but the person or public body does not make oral submissions at a public meeting or make written submissions to the City of London before the application is adopted or approved, the person or public body is not entitled to appeal the decision.
If a person or public body does not make oral submissions at a public meeting or make written submissions to the City of London before the proposed amendment is adopted or approved, the person or public body may not be added as a party to the hearing of an appeal before the Ontario Land Tribunal unless, in the opinion of the Tribunal, there are reasonable grounds to add the person or public body as a party.

MINOR VARIANCES

The Committee of Adjustment for the City of London will meet on Thursday December 15, 2022, commencing at 1:30 p.m., for the purpose of hearing the following applications for Minor Variance to Zoning By-law Z.-1. NOTICES

Notice of Public Update Meeting for new roundabout at Southdale Road West and Colonel Talbot Road - The City of London is hosting a virtual Public Update Meeting (PUM) on Wednesday, November 23, 2022 at 5 p.m. to provide an update on the Southdale Road West and Colonel Talbot Road Intersection Improvements Project, which is planned for construction in 2023. The meeting will be an opportunity to view detailed designs of the planned intersection improvements, including a new roundabout, learn about the plans for construction, and participate in a question-and-answer period with the project team. Meeting details are available at getinvolved.london.ca/southdaleroundabout.

You can also discuss the project in-person with the City of London project team by dropping by the London Public Library, Bostwick Branch, between 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, November 24, 2022.
