Flag Lowered to Half-Mast in Honour of Lives Lost in Nova Scotia

The City of London expresses its deep sadness at the tragic events that occurred in Nova Scotia this past weekend.

At the direction of Mayor Ed Holder, the Canadian flag at City Hall will be lowered to half-mast to honour the victims of the tragedy and express our grief for the lives lost.
“We are sending love, support, and condolences to the people of Nova Scotia — especially those who lost friends, family, and loved ones as a result of this horrific violence. On behalf of all Londoners, please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers,” said Mayor Holder.

The flag will remain lowered for a period of three days.
