What is Proposed?

• The City of London is undertaking a review and considering potential changes to a number of its policies and regulations to develop a municipal approach and mitigation measures that will address adverse impacts of certain mid and high-rise buildings that negatively impact the City’s Emergency Communication System.
• Amendments may be required to ensure certain developments do not block or impair emergency radio system signals in the “Line of Sight” and result in a loss of the transmission or reception.
