What is proposed?
A Zoning By-law Amendment to allow for:
- An additional use of “waste transfer and recycling depot”;
- A reduced frontage of 30m;
- A special provision to permit more than two shipping containers on site;
- The removal of the general ‘h’ holding provision; and,
- All other uses permitted under the existing Light Industrial/General Industrial (LI6/GI2) Zone will continue to be permitted.
